We hope you love your Fauxe Fox purchase. However, if you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of the dispatch date, provided the following conditions are met:

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

All labels and tags must remain attached, and the product must be free from marks or damage.

Complimentary items (such as straps) must be returned with your order. If these are kept, the RRP value will be deducted from your refund.

Please include your delivery note, order number, and reason for return inside the parcel.
Return postage (domestic and international) is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service and retaining proof of postage. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving your return.

Final Sale Items
Products purchased from our Outlet or Final Sale section are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These items are heavily discounted and will not be restocked.
Warranty
All Fauxe Fox products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers faults in stitching, zips, hardware, or straps under fair use.
Please note:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, overstuffing, or unauthorised repairs is not covered.

Natural variations in monogramming and hot foiling are part of the unique character of each piece.
