At Fauxe Fox, we are committed to dispatching your order quickly and securely.

Processing Times
​

  • Standard orders: Dispatched within 3–5 working days of purchase.

  • Pre-order items: Estimated dispatch timeframe will be displayed on the product page.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email. Some deliveries may require a signature.

Customs & Duties Fees​

  • Please be aware that some orders may be subject to custom fees and duties, which are imposed by the destination country. These fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the product or shipping cost.

Delivery Attempts

  • If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address or the recipient not being available, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local facility for collection. Should the package be returned to us, we will get in touch to arrange reshipment.

Lost or Damaged

  • In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, we will liaise with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue. If the parcel cannot be retrieved, we will either replace the item (where possible) or issue a full refund.
